You’ll be guided through a live session on:

- Education about SMART goals and how to use this tool
- A short guided visualization exercise for focus and clarity
- Reflective writing prompts
- An opportunity to share and converse with other group participants.
By the end of this week, you'll have clear, heartfelt intentions to guide you throughout the course.
