This 10-week live therapy course is designed to help you to emotionally regulate by understanding the thoughts and feelings that cause you to feel out of control. In this course, I will help you reconnect with your values, reframe negative thinking, develop positive coping skills, and cultivate emotional clarity. Each week, you'll participate in small group live Zoom sessions and receive an intentionally created workbook with guided prompts, journaling exercises, and practical tools for change.

This course will leave you feeling energized, clear, confident, and seriously wondering why you waited to so long to put yourself first.
